Howard Aaron is a graduate of Davis High School. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma before going to the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He earned his Oklahoma Embalmer's and Funeral Director's Licenses as well as his National License. Howard worked at Clagg Funeral Home in Sulphur and Epperson Funeral Service in Coalgate before moving to Crescent and joining Abernathy Funeral Home in October 2000. In October of 2005 Howard partnered with Darrol Waite to buy Abernathy Funeral Home and the name was changed to Abernathy - Aaron Funeral Home at that time. Howard is active in the community and attends Memorial Road Church of Christ. Howard and his wife, Jackie, have two sons, Hayden and Holten.
